I'm Emily, an HR executive and consultant who’s spent nearly a decade growing and scaling People teams at high-growth tech startups. I’ve built an HR team of zero into a 20+ person, well-oiled machine supporting a 1000+ person company. I’ve launched international footprints and led M&A from due diligence to integration. I’ve spent countless hours coaching and developing people leaders at various stages of their professional journeys. I thrive bringing order and structure to chaos, and I love working with individuals to navigate the human condition.

My Philosophy

On my own time, I'm skiing, hiking, surfing, and taking walks. Right now, my husband and I are "dating” cities across the U.S., keeping adventures flowing as we decide where to land next.
